Terms of Service
Effective: 9 September 2026
1. Who we are and what you are subscribing to
This service is owned and operated by Keystone Digital (“the Publisher”, “we”).
Insider Flying is a subscription to The Insider Briefing, an electronic periodical published by the Publisher. Each issue is dated, numbered and published at regular intervals determined by the Publisher, and contains editorially written briefings on exceptional airfares — analysis of each fare's rarity, typical-price benchmarks and booking guidance — together with feature articles on air travel. Issues are delivered by email; the Insider Flying website and app are the readers for the publication, giving you access to your issues, briefings and guides while your subscription is active.
2. Editorial independence; we are not a travel agent
We earn no commission, fee or other consideration from any airline, agent or other third party in respect of any fare featured in the publication or any booking you make. Links to fares are provided as further information for readers. Any booking you make is made by you directly with the airline or agent concerned, on their terms and at their prices. The Publisher is not a travel agent, tour operator or booking intermediary and does not sell, arrange or facilitate flights, holidays or other travel services. Fares featured are publicly available at the time of writing; availability and pricing are controlled by airlines and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Content in the publication is journalistic information, not travel advice, an offer, or a guarantee that any fare can be booked.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Your subscription and content access are personal to you; credentials may not be shared with Non-subscribers.
4. Editions and preferences
Issues are delivered to the edition you select: you must set your home city (and may set further preferences, such as destinations of interest) for email delivery of issues to begin. Until you do, your subscription is active and the publication remains available to you in the reader. Preferences operate automatically and determine which edition of the publication you receive and how content is ordered within it. We may add, merge or discontinue editions; where we discontinue your edition we will move you to the closest available edition.
5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
5.1. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, per your chosen plan) until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price of your plan.
5.2. Price changes. We may change subscription prices for future renewal periods. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect; the change applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.
5.3. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing cancel@insiderflying.com from your subscription address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you retain access to your content until then. Cancellation requests received after a renewal charge do not entitle you to a refund of that charge except as set out in section 6.
5.4. Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we may retry it for up to 7 days and suspend access until payment succeeds. If payment is not made, your subscription ends and your previous rate may no longer be available if you later resubscribe.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1. Except where required by law or as stated at the point of purchase, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unread issues or unused content access.
6.2. Errors. Where you have been charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after a completed cancellation), tell us and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.
6.3. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer. Information about cancellation rights is provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
7. Acceptable use
You may not: use the service unlawfully; reproduce, republish, resell or systematically extract the publication or its content (including by scraping or automated collection, bots, crawlers or AI tools); use our content to build or assist a competing product; interfere with or attempt to compromise the platform’s security; or share credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section; fees for the current period are not refundable on termination for breach.
8. Intellectual property
The Insider Briefing, all issues and content, trademarks, logos, design elements and software are the property of the Publisher or its licensors. Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the publication for private, non-commercial purposes for the duration of the subscription.
9. Third-party sites
Links in the publication lead to third-party sites (airlines, booking sites, search engines). We are not responsible for their content, pricing, terms or privacy practices.
10. Publication, delivery and availability
10.1. Each issue is published on the schedule announced for your edition and made available to subscribers; email is the delivery channel and the reader (website/app) provides access to your content. You must maintain a working email address capable of receiving our messages; we are not responsible for emails filtered, blocked or bounced by your email provider, and non-receipt of an email does not affect the supply of the Publication.
10.2. The number of fares featured in any issue varies with the fare market. In quiet periods an issue may contain few or no deals for your particular cities; issues are published regardless, and this does not entitle you to a refund.
10.3. Occasional changes to timing, frequency, format or content of the publication are inherent in a periodical and do not entitle you to a refund. If we permanently discontinue the publication, we will refund the unexpired portion of prepaid subscriptions pro rata.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for: fares changing or becoming unavailable; decisions you make in reliance on the publication, including bookings, travel arrangements or their cost; indirect or consequential losses; or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination by us
We may terminate your subscription on notice with a pro-rata refund of the unexpired period, or without refund where termination is for breach of section 7, or for non-payment (including where a payment is reversed).
13. Changes to these terms; transfer
13.1. We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in an issue of the publication; continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this page, with its effective date.
13.2. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation (for example in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets). We will notify you of any transfer, and your rights under these terms will not be reduced by it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may sue or be sued in the courts of that country.
